Western cuisine because coastal sophistication knows no borders. At Sunspirit, you'll find ห่อหมกทะเลมะพร้าวอ่อน and Tom Yum Spaghetti on the same menu. How It Works at the Table

Order Thai and Western dishes freely — they arrive together, share the same table, complement each other. A table might have ยำส้มโอกุ้งสด (฿250) next to พาสต้าหมึกดำกับหอยเชลล์และกุ้ง (฿590). Or start with ซุปทรัฟเฟิล (Truffle Soup, ฿250) before sharing แกงคั่วปูใบชะพลู (฿450) and สปาเกตตีเพสโต้กับบูราต้า (Pesto Spaghetti with Burrata, ฿540). For celebration dinners: ซี่โครงแกะย่าง (Grilled Lamb Rack, ฿950) or ข้าวผัดมันเนื้อวากิว (Wagyu Beef Fat Fried Rice, ฿490). The kitchen handles both cuisines with equal precision — your group doesn't need to agree.
